Hello Sunshine was built in 1951 and is a classic example of the mid-century homes in this part of Southern California.

When Hello Sunshine was only four years old, a new neighbor moved in just down the road, Walt Disney! Our neighborhood was recently featured in the Coen brothers movie “Suburbicon” featuring Matt Damon, Josh Brolin and Julianne Moore and directed by George Clooney because of its quintessential mid-century look and feel. Our neighborhood is a throwback to the days when much of the land between Hello Sunshine and Disneyland were orange groves. We love this place and hope you do as well.

In Bedroom 2, you'll find a cozy retreat where you can unwind and relax after a long day of exploring Southern California. We've provided a 43" 4K Roku television so that you can catch up on your favorite shows or watch a movie in privacy.
Also in bedroom 2, you'll find a comfortable queen-sized bed that's also equipped with our highly-rated memory foam mattress, ensuring that you'll have a restful and rejuvenating sleep.
In Bedroom 3, your kids will have a blast sleeping in our cozy and stylish bunk beds. With full size memory foam mattresses on both the top and bottom bunks, they're perfect for a good night's sleep for both kids and adults alike.
If you forgot your toiletry bag at home, Hello Sunshine has you covered! We have a shampoo, conditioner, body wash, feminine products, toothbrushes, toothpaste, and more in our starter kit!
Although we only have one bathroom, we have other options to make getting ready easier. You'll find blow dryers and mirrors in the living, bonus rooms, and on the closets in bedrooms 1 and 2.

Every bed is furnished with highly rated memory foam mattresses for maybe the best nights of sleep you’ll ever have. 

Our fiber internet has you covered if you need to work remotely or stream in every room of the house. Speeds generally run between 400-700mbps both up and down. An ethernet jack is available on the back of our router for even faster speeds. 

The full service kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need to cook you and your family a nice meal. Sometimes staying in after a busy day sight-seeing is just what we need. 

Fullerton is in the center of incredible food options of all styles and origins. All the major food delivery services are available. Feel free to ask us for suggestions.  

There are 4K Roku televisions in the bonus room, living room, and each bedroom. Hello Sunshine has its own Disney+/Hulu/ESPN bundle for you to enjoy  after a long day exploring Southern California. 

The washer and dryer are yours to use for any laundry needs.

Electronic keyless entry. The entire house is yours to use (excluding the garage) including the amazing back patio.
